Tzatziki Sauce- Famous Greek Dip

Greek cuisine has a lot of similarities with Arabic cuisine. The use of olive oil, garlic, herbs, minimum spice levels are just few of the common elements.  While wasting my time on Pinterest as baby Z takes a nap, I came across the Tzatziki sauce. The recipe was mouth watering enough for me to try! I set out to buy the basic ingredients needed and made it the very next day. Tzatziki sauce is used with meats – especially grilled meat. Its the basic sauce served in Chicken Gyro. A great combo to be served as a dip with vegetables.
