Chicken mayonnaise is a cold dish, perfectly suited for a casual lunch with kids, a summer luncheon or the very popular kitty parties that us ladies take delight in attending. I love the way protein is stacked on to starch with dairy to hold it all together. Yum! It’s a cracking combination and the last bite is never the last one. The verdict-a well-presented, neat dish.
